How refunds work, when you’re eligible, and how to cancel or change your plan.

1) Overview

We aim to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Google Indexer software and related services.

2) Eligibility & Windows

First paid purchase (no usage or minimal usage) Within 7 days Full refund We may deduct used credits (if any).
Credit/plan not as described or material defects Within 14 days Full or partial refund We may request logs/screenshots to investigate.
Change of mind / no longer needed Within 7 days Partial refund Used credits are non-refundable.
Abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity N/A No refund We may suspend/terminate per AUP.

3) How to Request a Refund

  1. Email admin@googleindexer.com with your order email and details.
  2. Describe the reason and include any relevant logs or screenshots.
  3. We’ll review and respond within 3–5 business days.

4) Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Access remains available until the end of the current period unless otherwise agreed.

5) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already consumed.
  • Abuse or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Requests made outside the stated windows.

6) Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, your account may be suspended during the investigation. Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly.

7) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
